The Magic Room

Some people take in the sick, homeless, or disenfranchised. But me? I open my home to a different type: the engaged woman. A spiritual gift? Maybe.

I've married off two roomies this year, and another is coming up next year.

I am becoming an expert at dealing with the ups and downs of wedding planning. Arguments with the parents... check. Hair crises... check. Wedding song selection... check. I think I might even start a libray of wedding planning resources in my study.

Some say that it's my magic guestroom. I'm starting to wonder... though not enough to move out of my bedroom and into this room.
